People are the life of our community. Unified Cohesion Construction performs renovations and restorations, but without the people, it wouldn't exist. This includes our clients and our contractors.

1. Integrity: It's how one treats their fellow human creature. At baseline we all deserve respect for our own existence.
2. Trust: Our perspective, our philosophy. Most people are good; most people would do the right thing. It's just the odd person you have to watch out for.
We want to give back to the people around us. We can do this by providing competitive wages to those who work alongside our team, and by providing competitive pricing for those who want our services.
How we do things differently is this: we focus on estimates, not quotes.
This is a win-win for both our clients and subcontractors, as there are no unnecessary upcharges for the client. They pay for the value we provide, and our subcontractors are reimbursed fairly for their time.

Meet Jared
While Growing up Jared used to work with his father and Grandfather on projects, which led him to pursue his carpentry interest in high school and through out college.
To gather trade hours for college, Jared helped the community build a church on evenings and weekends after school. When he graduated from high school, he became a carpenter and switched to electrical shortly after, continuing to do carpentry on the side. After gaining extensive experience in both, Jared obtained his Red Seal for electrical and carpentry in the same year.
